Application Introduction
Dilip has a full range of medium, high, and low voltage wire harness testing equipment, as well as distributed and standalone devices, which can be widely used in various rail transit scenarios. For example, the power grid of high-speed trains and expressways requires a voltage of up to 25kV, so high-quality cables and connectors need to be equipped. At the same time, communication, air conditioning, electricity, and other expensive humanized equipment inside the train also need to be equipped with more complex electrical equipment. DP6000 and DP8000 can be used specifically for testing the quality and connection reliability of various high-voltage cables, harnesses, and connectors. This model of equipment is based on a modular design structure, with two-wire/four wire resistance testing. The maximum designed test voltage can reach 5000V AC, and the DC can reach 8000V AC (customized version, universal version is 5000V). Intelligent testing software provides self-learning and automated testing functions, and can assist customers in data comparison and analysis.
