Overview
The HT1653 series pole plate short circuit tester is designed to effectively check defects before the battery is filled with acid for the product defects caused by the quality problems of the plate itself or the production process problems in the lead-acid battery industry. This instrument uses high-voltage pulses to test the battery plates, because the average energy is small, the damage to the battery is much less than the constant voltage measurement method, and it will not be misjudged by the environment.
HT1653B and HT1653B-6 are the models of the supporting automatic test system, and the standard PLC interface is applied to the automatic sorting system to complete the automatic assembly line test.
The instrument has the function of self-test and digital preset of alarm points, which can judge the short circuit condition of PE plates with internal resistance greater than 50Ω. At present, the market share is far ahead of other brands, and it is one of the high-end brands recognized in the battery plate short-circuit test industry.
