We newly released HT9980A / HT9981A /HT9985A series photovoltaic module safety comprehensive tester, combining the withstand voltage, insulation, and grounding continuity detection in one tester to match the assembly line, which greatly saves space and improves test efficiency dramatically.
The 3-in-1 tester is also used for voltage resistance, insulation testing and grounding resistance testing of household appliances, electronic instruments, electronic equipment, electronic components, wires and cables and other electrical products.
Paired with automatic robots up and down tooling, 9980X series tester is able to replace manual labor, to assist customers in achieving automated production.
HP1040-44 jig and fixture can be perfectly matched with robotic arm to complete the automatic loading and unloading, instead of manual labor, to achieve automated production; Compared with the conventional tooling, the automatic HP1040-44 test results are more stable.
HP1040 jig adopts cable-free design, compared with the conventional tooling, no hanging wires, which can reduce the loss of production caused by hanging wires, increase fault tolerance.
Conventional fixtures use adhesive tape, which affects aesthetics and increases costs
