This equipment is a test system developed by Hopetech for the wet insulation test of photovoltaic modules, which is applicable to the IEC61215 standard MQT15 clause and IEC61730 MST17 clause.
Temperature control system (integrated cooling and heating)
- Working principle:The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cooled material in the evaporator and vaporizes it into steam, and the compressor continuously extracts the generated steam from the evaporator. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure steam is sent to the condenser and then condensed into a high-pressure liquid to the cooling medium (such as water, air, etc.), which enters the evaporator after being depressurized by the throttling mechanism. It vaporizes again, absorbs the heat of the cooled object, and so on. During heating, the refrigerant changes the direction of refrigerant flow through the four-way valve, and the direction of refrigerant flow is just opposite to that of refrigeration, and the refrigerant first passes through the evaporator, then back to the condenser, and finally back to the compressor.
