We offer rapid delivery services
General-use instruments such as CHT356X series battery internal resistance testers, HP3540X series internal resistance testers, CHT9980X series insulation testers, PV safety testers, electronic loads, power supplies, our basic delivery time is 1-3 days. The delivery time for bulk orders is controlled within 2 weeks.
The wiring harness tester has a delivery time of one week for a single unit, and the delivery time for bulk orders is controlled within two weeks but not exceeding three weeks.
Customized orders, jigs and fixtures, delivery time is determined based on the supplier’s basic delivery time.

Comprehensive Warranty
Within the warranty period, we are responsible for free repair.
Unless otherwise specified or agreed, our warranty period for the battery internal resistance meters, DC resistance meters, programmable DC electronic loads, programmable DC power supplies, programmable PV safety testers, battery plate short-circuit testers and insulation hipot resistance testers is 12-month, while the warranty period for accessories and probes is 3-month year (subject to the customer’s purchase voucher, otherwise subject to the product’s date of manufacture)
Tailor-made service and solutions
We accept customization. When customer have special needs in their application, we support and help to offer customized solution in both programming and hardware.
The customization service is for both a single tester in a specific function but also for the entire system equipment solutions, such us cable harness test fixture table, airtight tooling module.
