Overview
HT3545 is a precision DC resistance tester with four-wire test method and high-performance microprocessor. It is featured by high precision and wide range, fast test speed and good stability. 10.00000mΩ~1200MΩ 6 1/2 display, basic accuracy 0.01% and quite fit in the inverter motor coil inspection and other fields requiring high-resolution resistance measurement.
2.2ms fast test, test line open circuit detection function, suitable for automatic line OS detection, external IO interface/analog output interface/LAN interface/RS232 interface, It can be freely configured for multi-level sorting, and the EXT I/O interface can be configured as NPN/PNP, which is suitable for automatic production lines with various signal interfaces.
Features
HT3545 DC resistance meter uses the four-terminal test method to measure the DC resistance of various materials such as motors and transformers, the contact resistance of relays and switches, the pattern resistance of printed circuit boards, fuses, and resistor non-conductive rubber.
HT3545 DC resistance tester is equipped with a temperature compensation, so it is suitable for measuring objects whose resistance value changes due to temperature changes. In addition, it is equipped with a comparator function, communication, external control, etc., and can be used in a variety of situations, such as automated production lines.
With the multi-channel scanning tester, HT3545 tester can scan and switch at a speed of 1ms per channel, which is required to test PCB vias and traces in aerospace, automotive electronics and other fields.
HT3545 precision resistance meter is suitable for places with high-precision test requirements, high-speed, multi-point resistance impedance characterization, rapid sorting of large quantities of electronic components, material resistance measurement with high and medium conductive resistance, and at low current (1mA), low open-circuit voltage (20mV) to characterize the low-impedance characteristics of electromechanical components.
External control I/O port, RS-232 interface, Ethernet port, temperature test interface, analog input and output port, especially suitable for supporting automatic equipment to complete automatic test.
