



IV Automatic Test Tooling HT1040X Series
The HT1040 series is used in the IV automatic test system. By adopting the Kelvin four-wire test principle, it can test resistance online, reducing resistance loss during the testing process and making the IV power test results more accurate and valid. This capability helps minimize power loss caused by abnormal equipment. The resistance of the male and female headers of the online test fixture is recorded in real time with an RFID chip, determining whether it meets the qualification standards. This ensures a one-to-one correspondence with the components and uploads the data to the MES system, enabling traceability of the entire IV testing process and providing big data analysis for the enterprise.
